 how Thomas Edison lit up the world? Join us at the library as we recreate 
 his classic experiment to make an electric light using batteries\, wire\, 
 and simple graphite.\n\nBut that’s not all—what is electricity without 
 its best friend\, magnetism? Together\, we'll harness their combined powers 
 with a battery\, wire\, and a piece of metal to literally defeat gravity! 
 Plus\, for those who want to see raw electricity in action\, we’ll have a 
 Van de Graaff generator and a plasma lamp ready to light up the 
 room.\n\nPut a spark in your step and join us for a shocking amount of fun! 
 This program is designed for 10-17 year olds. Registration is required and 
 space is limited.\n\n \n\n
