DIY Stress Ball In-Person

Learn how to make your very own DIY stress balls in this hands-on, sensory-focused program. Participants will create three types of stress balls—one using Orbeez, one with flour, and one with Oobleck —each offering a unique texture and feel to explore.

As part of our Mind Body May theme, this activity highlights simple, creative ways to support relaxation and stress relief while introducing fun science concepts such as polymers and non-Newtonian fluids.

Participants will get to take home all three stress balls as a fun and functional reminder to pause, breathe, and take care of both mind and body.
