Yoga as Mindful Movement In-Person

In this class, taught by Kerry Shamblin of Estes Park Yoga, we'll explore yoga as a practice of awareness, not just exercise. Through gentle, accessible movement, guided breathwork, and moments of stillness, participants will learn to connect more deeply with their bodies and calm their minds. This class emphasizes presence over performance, offering simple tools to reduce stress, improve mobility, and cultivate a sense of ease that can carry into daily life. No prior yoga experience is needed - just curiosity and a willingness to slow down and listen inward.

Seating is limited, and we'll need at least 5 registrations to run the class, so please register to attend. We recommend wearing clothing that is comfortable and allows movement. We'll provide yoga mats, but we'll focus mainly on poses that can be done in a chair or standing.
