Interested in learning how tai chi and qigong can improve mental and physical health? Join us to learn the basics from Kristina, a longtime teacher and practitioner. Kristina will share the philosophy and principles behind these practices, and participants will learn some basic movements. All are welcome; no experience is necessary.

About Kristina

Kristina has been a dedicated student of Daoist philosophy and healing arts since the late 90s. Through her journey, she discovered the profound interconnectedness of mind and body, which helped alleviate the career-related stress affecting her health. Empowered by her experiences, she embraced the teachings of Tai Ji, Qigong, Alchemy Meditation, Sun Time Eating, and Yi Jing Shamanic Numerology and now offers classes and consultations on life-enhancing disciplines.
