Customize Your First Aid Kit In-Person
NOTE: Seating is limited, so please register here to attend.
Join us for a workshop to learn how to customize your own first aid kit.
Before heading into the backcountry, it’s important to be prepared for the unexpected. In this presentation by Katie Colson, Education Coordinator for the Rocky Mountain Conservancy, we’ll explore how to tailor your first aid kit and skills to your group, destination, and trip length. You’ll learn what to include in a kit, the pros and cons of buying versus building your own, and opportunities to further your medical training. Whether you want to build your own first aid kit from scratch or modify an existing kit, don't miss this opportunity to take control of your safety and be prepared for whatever comes your way.
The hour-long presentation will be followed by 30 minutes for questions (so bring yours!).
Seating is limited, so please register here to attend. Questions? Email education@RMConservancy.org or call 970-586-3262.
