Health Insurance Coverage Enrollment Clinic In-Person
Larimer Health Connect is a project of the Health District of Northern Larimer County that provides free, unbiased support to navigate and enroll in health insurance options, including:
- Health First Colorado (Colorado’s Medicaid Program) and Child Health Plan Plus (CHP+)
- Connect for Health Colorado Marketplace plans
- Cover All Coloradoans, which provides coverage for children and pregnant persons regardless of their immigration status
During this enrollment clinic, community members can discuss options, apply for a health insurance plan, and ask any questions they might have.
Call (970) 472-0444 to schedule an appointment. Walk-ins are welcome, but assistance depends upon availability.
