Books & Boba: Romance in All Its Forms

Books & Boba: Romance in All Its Forms In-Person

Have a romance novel--or something from any of the romance subgenres (romantasy, cozy romance, historical romance, sci-fi romance, etc.)--that you think everyone should read? Bring it to this book discussion, share it with your fellow community members, and get their book recommendations! Each attendee will receive a free beverage from our neighbor, Alteatude, compliments of the Library. (In addition to boba, they serve tea, coffee, and a variety of refreshing beverages; place your order when you register--see the attached menu.)

For this book club, you’ll do a brief “Show and Tell” about your chosen book, provide a quick synopsis (no spoilers!) and share with the group why you chose it. After everyone has shown, told, and discussed a bit, we’ll hang out and talk about books some more.

The book can even be a published work you’ve written, and you're also welcome to bring more than one recommendation. See the attached document for some questions to get you thinking about your book, and to ask others about their books.

More about this program

Registration is strongly encouraged--we'll need at least two registrations to hold the program (so bring a friend!). When you register, we'll ask you for your drink order (see the attached menu) and the name of your title.
