Family Makerspace Mornings In-Person
Join us for a unique and engaging program designed for families to explore creativity together — but in their own way! Adults will dive into hands-on learning with our Makerspace equipment, and kids will enjoy a fun, supervised craft activity in the Wasson Room.
In this dual-learning experience, adults will receive guided instruction on how to use tools such as 3D printers, vinyl cutters, laser engravers, and more — gaining confidence to bring their creative ideas to life. At the same time, children will work with staff on age-appropriate crafts that encourage imagination and hands-on learning in a relaxed, supportive environment.
Whether you're looking to build new skills, discover a new hobby, or simply try something new, Family Makerspace Mornings offer time and space for creativity, learning, and a bit of "me time" for both grown-ups and kids.

In this session, adults will learn how to use the laser cutter by creating laser cut fall leaves. Children will paint laser cut fall leaves using paint and markers.
Please dress children in clothes for painting.
