Wilderness Survival Skills for Women

Wilderness Survival Skills for Women In-Person

Join Sharon Saternus, founder of Femme Trek, for a wilderness survival basics workshop tailored specifically to female day-hikers. Topics will include techniques to stay calm and think, shelter-building, and the basics of fire, water, signaling, and navigation. Gain the essential skills and knowledge to embark on your next hiking adventure with confidence!

The course will include both indoor and outdoor components, so please dress accordingly. And feel free to bring note-taking materials and any gear you want to test out or practice with.

Note that we will run two separate sessions of this course, on Sunday, September 7 and Sunday, September 21. If this session is full, you can also check the September 21 session.
