Mindful Mandalas In-Person

Join us for a creative and meditative journey in our Mind, Body, May series! In this hands-on workshop, patrons will learn the art of creating their own mandala—a symbol of unity, balance, and harmony. Mandalas are geometric designs that can be used to promote mindfulness, focus, and relaxation.

Participants will explore the process of drawing intricate patterns and shapes, using simple tools and techniques. As you create your personalized mandala, you’ll have the opportunity to reflect on the connections between mind, body, and spirit. Whether you're a seasoned artist or a beginner, this program is designed to help you tap into your creative potential while nurturing your well-being.

This workshop encourages self-expression, calmness, and concentration. It's the perfect way to unwind, relax, and connect with others in a peaceful and supportive environment. All materials will be provided, so just bring your curiosity and your desire to create!
