Saddles, Soviets, & Service Stations: Trivia Night! In-Person
Join us at The Barrel for an evening of trivia and fun inspired by our One Book One Valley title, The Ride of Her Life by Elizabeth Letts. All are welcome: come with friends, or just bring yourself and we'll match you with a team. The top three teams will win prizes!
Topics we'll draw from (in case you want to study up 🤓):
- The 1950's
- The Cold War
- Horses and horsemanship
- Westerns and frontier tales
- The Interstate Highway System
- Suburban life
- Journeys to California
- Anthropomorphized animals
- The Ride of Her Life (we'll have a few questions on the book itself)
A final "competitive advantage" tip: consider bringing multigenerational teammates for a broadened knowledge base!
Registration is encouraged to help with seating planning. If you'll be coming with friends, you can register the whole group with a single registration.
