This empowering workshop, led by author, editor, teacher, and librarian Gabrielle Esposito, is for aspiring authors seeking insight into the complex world of publishing. Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of traditional and self-publishing routes, approaching literary agents, how to submit a query letter, and other parts of the submission processes. The course will equip you with the knowledge and tools needed to confidently navigate your publishing journey and achieve your literary goals. There will be plenty of time for questions, so bring yours!

About Gabrielle

Gabrielle Esposito holds a degree in Creative Writing from SUNY Geneseo. Her short stories have appeared in esteemed publications such as The Manhattanville Review, 34TH Parallel, and Gandy Dancer, among others. Notably, her story The Way Home earned second place in the 2023 Doro Boehme Fiction Editors’ Prize and was nominated for the 2024 Best American Short Stories anthology. In addition to her writing, Gabrielle is an Adult Programming Librarian based in the Hudson Valley region of New York. She dedicates her free time to teaching writing workshops at local libraries and editing manuscripts for talented authors.
