Adventure Begins with Rock Climbing In-Person
As part of our Adventure Begins at Your Library Summer Reading Program, we will be offering a variety of adventure themed programs. For this program we will be getting an introduction to rock climbing at the Estes Park Mountain Shop Indoor Climbing Gym. You will receive instruction for basic understanding of equipment, tying knots, the proper belay techniques, along with safety procedures for gym climbing. Then we will get a chance to try the techniques we learned. All equipment is provided.
In order to participate, you must register with the Library here AND complete the Mountain Shop's waiver form prior to the event.
